"To be brave is to forsake all others to be true to yourself."- Glennon Doyle
I'm Jazzmyn Proctor, M.S., LGPC, NCC, CTP — a therapist specializing in trauma-informed, attachment-based care. I hold a master's degree from Hood College, and my work is supervised by Dr. Jennifer Kaufman Walker. Outside the therapy room, I've served on the board of directors of Annapolis Pride and have spent years showing up for community-led mental health efforts — because I believe the change we want to see in the world has to be lived, not just talked about. When I’m not working, I love: cooking , playing pickleball, reading, and spending time outside. I am currently reading “The Bell Jar” by Sylvia Plath and watching “Not Suitable For Work” on Hulu.
